What Can You Expect From One-on-One Coaching?

Forward Together Coaching offers a safe, supportive space to explore patterns, regulate your nervous system, and move forward with clarity. Sessions are trauma-informed, paced with care, and rooted in Integrated Attachment Theory to support lasting change. This work is about moving toward stability, focus, and emotional security.

As you learn to regulate your nervous system and implement skills from a grounded place, you will

  • Improve relationships that matter most, rooted in safety, clarity, and mutual understanding—allowing you to show up more securely, set healthier boundaries, and create deeper, more meaningful connections.

 The Coaching Process 

 
Initial Session

During your first visit, we will:

  • Identify Core Wounds

  • Use Integrated Attachment Theory tools to provide immediate short-term relief

  • Begin creating a safe and supportive foundation for deeper Work

Subsequent Sessions

In the following visits, we will continue to explore and address:

  • Core Wounds and emotional patterns

  • Limiting thoughts and beliefs

  • Unmet needs

  • Communicative styles

  • Healthy boundaries

  • Tools and strategies to achieve permanent relief from emotional pain and self-imposed limitations

Most clients experience significant improvement within 6-8 weeks through weekly coaching. Maintenance sessions may be scheduled every two weeks, monthly, or occasionally as needed.
